Mentoring and Team Leadership

This course explored the role of mentor and leader from an individual and team perspective and provided the opportunity for each participant to learn through experience by taking on a mentee. Regular interaction with the mentee, synchronous and asynchronous dialogue, and reflective writing processes lead to significant growth of understanding of how to be an effective mentor and leader.
