A key component of the OMET program is empowering its graduates with the skills, ability and confidence to act as agents of agents either locally, within your community or globally. Yet, how do you build upon what you already know to become this agent of change? This course is designed to engage learners in active dialogue and authentic activities that broaden their understanding of the political, technological, management and leadership challenges involved in facilitating change.
